The Ballet Level A/B course is designed to introduce students to the fundamental principles of ballet, a cornerstone of all dance forms. In this course, students will learn the classical techniques that form the basis of ballet, including proper posture, alignment, and basic positions and movements. Emphasis will be placed on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination, as well as an understanding of musicality and rhythm. Through structured exercises and creative exploration, students will develop a solid foundation in ballet, preparing them for further study in dance. This course is suitable for beginners and those with some prior experience in ballet.
